Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia CP is a normal accessory only when combined with the Debian Linux OS and is included free of cost. With Hepsia you can host unmetered top level domain names under a single web hosting account. This is achievable due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager tool. The other hosting CP platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available solely in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 separate web hosting account logins. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain name registration/transfer/administration possibilities. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no hosting CP possibility.
Hosted Site Names 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered Control Panel devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your hostnames under a single web hosting account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP interfaces do not supply such option at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and for that reason they request 2 different user accounts: one domain name administration/billing/support user account and one site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will observe that the Hepsia CP supports Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to have it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin Control Panel setups can work only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
